This is my friend, James. He lost his weight counting calories and jogging. It took him 8 months to lose the weight. I am not sure if I have any male followers, but even as a female, he is hugely inspirational to me. xx

“I’m just so sick of these young girls with diets… I think it’s really important for girls to have people to look up to and to feel good about themselves.” (x)I find her so inspiring because she isn’t teeny tiny or plus sized. I’m not saying there is anything wrong with either of those, but sometimes I feel like the middle sized ladies (size 4-10) get left out of the spotlight. It’s awesome to have someone with a similar body shape and structure as me to look up to :)

I hate how people always say lunges will give you a big butt. Lunges will help to get rid of cellulite and firm your ass! They also help to tone the thigh area.
Lunges are also great because you can do them pretty much anywhere. Sometimes I do walking lunges from my living room to my bathroom. In fact, I rarely do them at the gym, saving them for when I get home. You’d be surprised how tight your bums will get if you sneak in a few lunges through-out the day.
